3/4-Inch Solid Baltic Birch
The entire set of boards, including the frame and top, is constructed using 3/4-inch solid Baltic birch—a superior wood known for its strength, durability, and high density. Unlike common pine, Baltic birch offers more layers that resist warping and cracking over time. Its moisture-resistant properties ensure lasting performance, and the 3/4-inch thickness eliminates bag bounce and prevents warping, delivering the ultimate playing experience.
Paint and Stain Designs
We never use vinyl or wraps, as they tend to peel, crack, and fade over time. All our designs are created with high-quality paint and stain, ensuring a polished finish that lasts.
Seal for Protection
Each board is sealed with multiple layers of water-resistant polyurethane, sanded between layers for the smoothest playing surface. The entire frame is also sealed for weather resistance and protection against damage.
Rounded Corners & Hole
Rounded edges extend bag life, protect against wood splitting, and provide a detailed, professional look and feel.
Foldable Legs with Locking Notches
Each leg folds neatly for fun portability and easy storage. Additionally, each leg is designed with a precision-cut notch that locks securely into the frame, increasing stability and sturdiness during play.
Friction Blocks
Each set of boards comes with frame “Friction Boards” these act as a interlocking device so that the boards can lock together for easy transporting, ALSO we put an extra cross beam, not only does this provide extra support but also the resin bags can be stored inside the boards as well.
Stainless Steel Hardware
We use only the best hardware for all our products, including Kreg screws throughout the frame. These screws not only provide superior functionality and strength but are also hidden, ensuring only the beautiful wood and design standout most. Our boards are ACL regulation size (4’ x 2’), resting 12 inches above the ground at the back and 4 inches at the front edge.
