● To initiate a return for a refund, simply return the package and product for inspection.
● If the product meets our requirements, you will be eligible for a full or partial refund on all returned products that adhere to our guarantee policies.
● Custom products: Currently we are not offering any returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom products. However, please contact us if you have problems with your order. We will do all we can to make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you if your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

TO KEEP YOUR PRODUCTS IN TOP SHAPE, BE SURE TO FOLLOW OUR CARE GUIDELINES FOR THE BEST PERFORMANCE AND LONGEVITY.
Please note the following details about our products and warranty policies, starts 1 year from possession of product:
- We are committed to providing any necessary replacement parts if your product experiences issues, except in cases of water damage or improper use. We will make every effort to resolve any problems. Please note, if you have received a partial refund or store credit for your products, the warranty is void and will no longer be applicable.
- Upon assuming possession of your product, please note weather can affect your wood products. Refer to Bros Care.
- Modified Unfinished DIY Products are not available for return or exchange due to the nature of the customer manipulation.
- Each product on our website is carefully handcrafted and made to order, giving it unique qualities. Due to the natural materials used and the hand-painted or stained finishes, each item will have slight variations from the photos shown, and no two products are exactly alike.
- Our commitment to using high quality materials means that every piece of wood interacts uniquely with stains and paints, resulting in a one-of-a-kind finish. While we take care to source high-quality wood, the inherent nature of working with wood means that variations such as knots and splits may be present. These natural imperfections might impact final design.
- During the milling and sanding process, some extra material may be required to be removed, but the final product will be no more than +/- 1/16th of an inch of the listed size.
- Manufacture warranty explicitly excludes any claim not based upon the manufacturing of the product. No warranty is provided for duration of sealed coating (if applicable), or weather-related claims, and therefore are not available for return or exchange.
- Accessories (excluding resin bags) that come with our products are not eligible for return, exchange or refund at this time. Please refer to Resin Bag Limited Warranty.
- Currently, we are not offering any returns or exchanges on custom products. All sales are final. However, please contact us if you have problems with your order. We will do all we can to make it right.
- CUSTOM ORDERS: Once payment has been received for your approved custom design, your order is finalized and moved into production. No refunds, exchanges or modifications can be made after this point.
- Please Refer back to Bros Care for recommendations to ensure the longest life and performance of your products.
- Specific warranty coverage:
- We offer a one-time replacement warranty for cornhole leg parts to cover any issues that may occur. Due to the natural material of the product, the limited warranty is valid for one year after delivery date.
- Cornhole Resin Bags come with a 30-day limited warranty that includes stitching malfunctions. If your bags experience stitching problems within this period, we will replace them for you.
- Accessories are not eligible for warranty coverage at this time.

Our Guarantee Policy:
● Products must be in acceptable condition without significant wear or major damages such as watermarks or signs of improper use.
● Minor damages will be accepted, but may incur fees capped at $50.
● Customers are responsible for providing suitable replacement packaging to protect the product during the return process. Failure to do so may void the guarantee. Please note that we do not cover costs related to packaging purchases.
